NORTHBOROUGH, Mass., September 17, 2007 / SullivanKreiss / -- In response to recruiting and staffing demands in the A/E industry, SullivanKreiss has officially added a staffing division to their services. These arrangements are designed for those firms who are looking to take a proactive approach to their recruiting needs, explains Justin Roy, Principal of SullivanKreiss.

The new staffing division will dedicate an experienced recruiting team to perform targeted research, candidate sourcing and identification, and consistently active recruitment efforts to address multiple needs of a client. Clients will have one point of contact for all recruiting needs firm-wide. Weekly reports will allow the client to track all search efforts and candidates in the process for each location and position. Roy believes that developing a staffing relationship with proactive clients will allow SullivanKreiss to best react to a client’s changing candidate needs in a timely manner beneficial to all parties.
