Dwell on Design (R) Coming to Los Angeles in June 2008
Third Dwell on Design Conference & Exposition to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Michela O'Connor Abrams, President and Publisher of Dwell announced today that the third Dwell on Design conference and exhibition will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from June 6-8, 2008.
Furthering the dialogue about the intersection of modern design and architecture within contemporary culture, Dwell on Design will bring together industry leaders, entrepreneurs in energy efficiency and green building, visionary architects, landscape and interior designers, artists, photographers and other creative professionals, under one very modern roof in Los Angeles next summer.
Dwell on Design will display more than 250 new design-oriented products and services on a show floor geared to modern living, and provide a forum to exchange new ideas and inspiration through a thought-provoking speaker lineup featuring leaders on the forefront of art and architecture.
In addition, Dwell on Design will continue the success of the Dwell Outdoor 2007 event in San Francisco by offering an outdoor venue with nearly a dozen pre-fabricated home installations, landscapes and outdoor products. "Dwell Outdoor 2008" will host 10,000 sq. feet of outdoor exhibition space, with a focus on eco-design and sustainable buildings and building materials.
