NEW YORK, New York. Feb. 14, 2007 /The Trump Organization/ -- An agreement announced today includes the most powerful businessman, Donald J. Trump and Vendor Development (VDG), a leader in the office chair category. The Trump Organization is expanding and building upon the already successful apparel and accessories program and launching the Trump Office collection. The Trump Office collection will include a line of office furnishings including executive and guest office chairs and will incorporate other categories in the office to be announced in the near future.
The Trump Office chairs will be manufactured and marketed to office superstores and furniture stores. “The office chairs will be a tremendous success adhering to the Trump ‘Affordable Opulence’ strategy,” according to Courtney Russell, Vendor Development Group Marketing Director. “Function, style, comfort and exceptional value are the focus for Trump office chairs.”
“The Trump Office Chair collection gives consumers the opportunity to have a functional, stylish product in their home or office at an affordable price. The Trump office chairs are projected to hit stores in summer of 2007.
Ms. Glosser continues, “The chairs will have unique functionalities such as a retractable footrest, hidden compartments, a comfortable lumbar support system, stain resistant fabrics and leathers, and scuff resistant wood. We evaluated the office chair market and researched what features would enhance the value of the Trump Office Chair collection.
