The 38th Annual NeoCon World's Trade Fair Expected to be Largest Contract
                          Furnishings Show Ever

  WHAT:     NeoCon(R) World's Trade Fair - North America's largest
            exposition and conference for interior design and facilities
            management - will showcase the newest furnishings, building
            products and services for the workplace. Now in its 38th annual
            year, NeoCon is the event of the year where companies gather to
            unveil the latest trends in the contract furnishings industry.
            Top-name keynote speakers, industry seminars, and sneak-peeks
            into the future design of office workspaces will be featured
            throughout the three-day show.

  WHO:      More than 1,200 commercial furnishings manufacturers will be
            exhibiting at NeoCon this year.  An estimated 45,000 design and
            facilities professionals, the largest gathering since 2000, are
            expected to attend NeoCon this year.

  WHERE:    The Merchandise Mart, Kinzie & Wells Streets, Chicago, Ill. All
            media are required to register for credentials in the press
            room, located on the 7th floor (Suite 7-2007).
