This Nationwide show home was built to 80% completion in production facilities in Martinsville, Virginia. The onsite finish at the Orlando convention center was completed in 24 days. “This five bedroom, four bath highly customized home has a room for nearly everything,” stated Donald Aheron, Engineering Manager for Nationwide. “A Florida room, a retreat area, and a computer room are just some of the unexpected lifestyle spaces that make this an extremely comfortable home."

Nationwide’s showcase home, “The Bonita” seamlessly blends traditional styling with the latest technological conveniences and the highest level of detailing and custom features available from premier suppliers. The cook’s kitchen is designed with space to entertain in the midst of gourmet quality amenities. Coffered ceilings in the home office and family room, covered porches, chandeliers in the master bathroom and French pocket doors are reminiscent of the exquisite architecture of a Southern manor.
