| "No individual shall, without a valid registration as an interior designer issued by the Department, in any manner hold himself out to the public as an interior designer or attach the title "interior designer" or any other name or designation which would in any way imply that he is able to use the title "interior designer" as defined in this Act. No individual shall, without a valid registration as a residential interior designer issued by the Department, in any manner hold himself out to the public as a residential interior designer, or use the title "residential interior designer" or any name or designation that would in any way imply that he is able to use the title "residential interior designer" as defined in this Act. " |
